A large-scale offshore project involving the prefabrication, precision welding, and installation of a 152-meter-long riser for the Draugen field in the Norwegian Sea. The project required the highest welding quality and precise dimensional control to ensure structural integrity under extreme marine conditions.
The components were manufactured and prepared at IRV AS’s workshop facilities and then assembled and installed. By incorporating ongoing weld inspections and utilizing our mobile equipment, the 152-meter-long piping system was completed on schedule, with full traceability for every weld.
